JusticeCon Social Justice Conference
Hired as the project management lead for the virtual 2020 Juneteenth JusticeCon: A Path Towards Freedom’s Social Justice Conference, COCO B. Productions successfully implemented strategies to prioritize, assign, and manage key roles and responsibilities in alignment with the event’s short project timeline. The flawless execution of the event led to excellent attendee feedback and attracted over 10,000 participants nationally.
Women Investing in Leadership Development
COCO B. Productions secured national brand conference sponsors to support the Women Investing in Leadership Development’s (WILD) mission to provide leadership development to women who are intentional about spiritual, emotional, physical, and financial health and wellness. Key notable sponsors included Dove, Weight Watchers, and Comcast.

The COCO B. Productions team was hired to manage the first virtual event for the United States Capitol Historical Society’s Freedom Award Ceremony. The team developed and executed a project timeline, set a cadence for meeting updates, and established a tracking system to report key metrics while overseeing event production responsibilities and leveraging their network to support fundraising goals.
Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies
COCO B. Productions developed clear goals and defined strategies relating to fundraising, branding, donor research, and leveraging public-private partnerships from fortune-level companies. The strategy outlined weekly progress to the Joint Center’s Board of Directors and Summit’s host committees.
Congressional Black Caucus Institute
COCO B. Productions expertly managed and produced The Congressional Black Caucus Institute’s (CBCI) celebration of the 75th anniversary of the United Nations, UN75: The African American Experience Then and Now. Our team managed event logistics, talent preparation, and run of show for the virtual event featuring a panel that included NAACP President Derrick Jones, National Council of Negro Women Executive Director Janice L. Mathis, former U.S. Ambassador to the UN Andrew J. Young, as well as the first Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Development Program, actor Danny Glover.
