Through keen organization integral to effective event management, our veteran team will coordinate and manage event guest lists, registration tracking and reporting, and guest communication and fulfillment to ensure your event registration goals are met.

Catering, Bar Services, and Waitstaff Management

Our veteran event production team will coordinate and manage the execution of all catering and bar services, including caterer procurement, development of Banquet Event Orders, table assignments and plate design, and waitstaff management.

Day-of Coordination and Management

To ensure the achievement of your vision, our event production staff will provide onsite management and oversight throughout the event, including coordination of day-of logistics, vendor communication and direction, and smooth execution of all event activations.

Interior and Exterior Design and Planning

Our event design team will design, coordinate, and execute all visual aspects of interior and exterior environments and aesthetics through the event venue to ensure a dynamic atmosphere is achieved in accordance with your vision for the event.

Lighting, Production, and AV Support

Lighting, Production, and A/V Support

Bolstered by decades of collective experience, our team will manage estimated vs. actual budget expenditures to ensure budgets are upheld and provide effective solutions when unforeseen expenditures arise.

Speaker & Talent Management

Based on the originated vision for the event, our team will provide recommendations, acquisition, and coordination of all talent, including but not limited to speakers, hosts, moderators, panelists, and VIPs.

Venue and Vendor Research, Negotiation, Procurement, and Management

COCO B. Productions’s event production team will research, identify, and secure an exceptional venue, along with trusted vendors for your unique event, and manage all details, logistics, and communication with the procured venue and vendors.

Onsite Inspection and Coordination

Prior to the event, our team will conduct a site inspection to develop diagrams and design plans to ensure maximum efficiency, recommend and implement accessibility measures available to individuals with mobility challenges, and identify security concerns or needs.
